Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms apply to anyone who uses shopitservices.online or commissions a project from ShopITservices. By engaging us, you agree to them.
2. Quotes & payment
Project quotes are valid for 14 days. Work begins after a 50% deposit is received; the balance is due before launch unless agreed otherwise in writing. All prices are quoted in USD.
3. Delivery
We target 48-hour delivery on standard scopes once we have your brand assets, copy and product data. Custom builds use a timeline agreed in the quote.
4. Ownership
You own the final website, design and content delivered to you. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Revisions & support
Each project includes one round of post-launch tweaks. Ongoing edits, hosting and maintenance are available on flat-rate retainers quoted separately.
6. Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once design or development work has started. If we cannot deliver an agreed scope, we will refund the unworked portion.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
